O Christmas Tree, O Christmas Tree

On Friday night, the Meyer house was filled with the sights and sounds of Christmas as we decorated for the upcoming holiday and watched the first snowflakes of winter fall. Griffin was so excited to help, and he couldn't wait to hang HIS ornaments on the tree (being very particular about where to place each one)! He is also very curious this year about Santa Claus, and thinks that Santa will be bringing presents to his house soon. What will be in these "presents" we have no idea, since he never tells us what he wants. Aaron and I plan to take Griffin to visit Santa, so maybe he will be more successful about getting some answers.

With the excitement of the first snowfall, we took Griffin sledding on Sunday after church. We didn't spend a long time outside (it was too cold for me!), but I think that Griffin had a great time. And, he was proud to wear his new snow boots!
